How the rules work
A first approach goes only to addresses we have never approached. It is the only email they get unless they reply YES. When they do, mark them Consented below.
An update goes only to Consented contacts and Customers.
Nobody gets the same campaign twice. Anyone who unsubscribes, bounces or marks us as spam is never emailed again.

Our email plan is limited (on the free plan about 100 emails a day). Larger lists are sent in batches of 40; anything over the limit is reported as "not sent" and can be sent again the next day.
